Partial demolition with conversion works to existing listed building to create ground floor retail and upper storey student accommodation.

 

During the project the front facade of the building was supported by temporary scaffold propping to the outside face and tied back.  The new steel support structure was designed to retain the front facade.

 

The property was dismantled systematically, carefully removing any steel beams and carrying out remedial works where necessary.
