The Client acquired the former Robertson’s Jam Facility on the outskirts of Ledbury in Herefordshire.  Working as part of the Meller Food and Drink Team, GSA undertook the full civil and structural design to all aspects of the project.  Civil works included the design of a new access road; substantial concrete hardstanding and deep basements and pits.

As part of the accelerated construction programme the site was split and allocated to three separate main contractors with Meller’s taking the role as Construction Manager and Principal Contractors.

On completion of the above the client commissioned the construction of a £1.5 m Bottling Plant for which GSA undertook a similar service.
