A new development in Lytham St Annes for EH Boots Limited, which involved the construction of a food store with offices, a restaurant and Gallery at first floor level that  extended around three sides of the building, with a ‘dog leg’ staircase requiring cantilevered support to the first floor.

The main building consisted of a braced steel structure with various roof pitches and materials.
